(CercleFinance.com) – Merrill Lynch International declared to the AMF that it had individually crossed downward, on April 10, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Atos and that it individually held 4.99% of the capital and voting rights of the IT services group.
This crossing of thresholds results from a sale of Atos shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held by assimilation. On this occasion, Bank of America Corporation specified that it held 5.35% of the capital and voting rights of Atos.
