PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones) – IT services company Atos announced on Monday that Rodolphe Belmer took over as chief executive on Saturday.
“Co-opted member of the board of directors of Atos last October, Rodolphe Belmer was appointed by it to lead the transformation of the group,” said the IT services company in a press release.
Atos had announced at the end of last October the departure of its managing director, Elie Girard, indicating that this one would be replaced by Rodolphe Belmer, whose assumption of functions was to take place “at the latest on January 20, 2022”.
Aged 52, Rodolphe Belmer was previously Managing Director of the satellite operator Eutelsat.
