Paris, December 24, 2021 : In accordance with the regulations relating to share buybacks, Atos SE declares below the operations to buy own shares for an amount of 4.3 million euros carried out from Friday December 17, 2021 to Thursday December 23, 2021 in as part of a mandate given to an investment services provider, as announced by the Group on Friday, December 17, 2021.
