Aubay posted sales of 128.9 million euros in the second quarter, up 10.1% at constant scope. The productivity rate for consultants stood at 95.2% against 93.8% a year earlier. Net recruitment accelerated during the second quarter, bringing the workforce to 7,442 employees compared to 6,888 people at June 30, 2021. around 10%, above that of the first half of 2021.
Given the very good first half, sustained commercial activity and on-board growth, the digital services company is now aiming for the upper end of its revenue target range, i.e. 513 million euros, in 9% increase. The operating margin objective remains unchanged, between 9.5% and 10.5%.
