APPOINTMENT OF PHYSICIST PAULINE BOUCHER AS INVESTMENT MANAGER
Audacia is pleased to announce the reinforcement of the Quantonation teams. Since its creation in 2018, the fund has already experienced a first success illustrated last July by the closing at €91 million of its seed fund Quantonation I, the first global fund dedicated to quantum technologies. In order to consolidate its position as a leading investor in this field and to support the launch of the next generations of funds, Quantonation has recruited Pauline Boucher as investment manager.
Pauline Boucher, 30, joined the Quantonation teams as investment manager. With an international academic background in quantum physics, Pauline will put her scientific experience to the benefit of Quantonation and its portfolio companies, enabling the fund to remain at the forefront of this technological revolution.
Pauline is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Imperial College London, and obtained a doctorate from Sorbonne University. She then worked as a post-doctorate at the Kastler Brossel laboratory / Ecole Normale Supérieure and at the Istituto Nazionale Di Ricerca Metrologica in Turin. Pauline has also worked in innovative companies like Cailabs and LightOn. She specializes in classical and quantum optics, and is the author of several publications and patents.
