(CercleFinance.com) – Auplata Mining Group (AMG) announces that it has carried out an ORNANE issue for a total gross amount of one million euros for the benefit of an investment fund represented by Yorkville Advisors Global LP.
The mining company explains that this operation aims in particular to pursue its investment policy in mining projects and to meet its cash needs for these operations.
In addition, Auplata has obtained from Tribeca Natural Resources Fund a firm commitment to convert its current account advances into AMG shares and to postpone the contractual maturity of its debt until the date of implementation of this conversion.
