15 other people are charged by the Braunschweig public prosecutor’s office because of the VW diesel affair. This said chief prosecutor Klaus Ziehe the news agency DPA. The accused are accused of aiding and abetting fraud with tax evasion, aiding and abetting indirect false certification and criminal advertising.
The Braunschweig Regional Court must decide whether to admit the indictment. A court spokesman confirmed receipt of the files.
