(Boursier.com) — AXA IM Alts, world leader in alternative investments with approximately €188 billion in assets under management[1], announces that Louis Leveillé Nizerolle has been promoted to Head of Transactions France within the Real Assets platform. He is currently Senior Transactions Manager and will take up his new role on September 1 and will replace Antoine Mesnage, promoted to Head of Australia for AXA IM Alts, effective October 1.
Louis Leveillé Nizerolle joined AXA IM Alts in 2012 and brings over 10 years of experience in transactions and asset management, focused on the French market.
Louis Leveillé Nizerolle has played a key role in a number of high-profile investments, including the 2019 acquisition of Groupe Kley, a fully integrated student accommodation and co-housing operator, and a proposed affordable housing portfolio of approximately 10,000 units, located in the Paris region thanks to a strategic partnership with in’li. Prior to joining the Real Assets team of AXA IM Alts, Louis was in charge of asset management of a diversified real estate portfolio worth over 1.1 billion euros in France, comprising a mix office, retail, hotel and residential.
