The popular “Bad Boys” series with Hollywood stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence is finally going into the next round in summer 2024! In the fourth part, “Bad Boys: Ride or Die,” the two detectives Michael “Mike” Lowrey and Marcus Burnett cause a lot of chaos and hilarious entertainment on the streets of Miami.

In the new trailer for “Bad Boys: Ride or Die”, the two drug investigators Lowrey and Burnett find themselves in a dangerous ambush after their former captain Conrad Howard died and was probably framed. But together, as always, the two “bad boys” manage to escape every tricky situation at the last second and blow everything up in the process.

After the death of their captain Conrad Howard, the two drug investigators Mike Lowrey (WIll Smith) and Marcus Burnett realize that their former mentor has been framed. But it’s not just Howard’s reputation that needs to be cleared, because the two “bad boys” also find themselves in the crosshairs of the investigation and are on the run. The two detectives still have to find out who is responsible for the ambush.
Bad Boys: Ride or Die: Cast & Production
As in the previous films, Will Smith (“King Richard”, “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”) and Martin Lawrence can be seen in the fourth part of the series. Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig and Paola Nuñez appear again in other leading roles. New additions include Eric Dane (“Euphoria”), Ioan Gruffudd, Jacob Scipio, Melanie Liburd, Tasha Smith as well as Tiffany Haddish (“Ghost Villa”) and Joe Pantoliano.
While star director Michael Bay (“Transformers” series) took over the direction of the first two “Bad Boys” films, as in “Bad Boys for Life” from 2020, part 4 is also directed by the two Belgian newcomers Adil El Arbi and Billal Fallah directed.
The Bad Boys are back!
The buddy cop movies are making a comeback this summer! After almost 30 years, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are a well-rehearsed team and can still make both loyal and completely new viewers laugh. Anyone who has known the “Bad Boys” series since the beginning in the 90s and liked the wild mix of action and comedy will certainly be entertained by the fourth part and should not miss this crazy sequel.
