Recipe for banana bread without flour

The ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 p. Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pr. Salt
  • Fat for the shape

Preparation:

  1. For the banana bread without flour, you first crush the bananas with a fork and then stir them together with the eggs, the oil and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the ground almonds, the baking powder and salt and mix the ingredients into a homogeneous dough.
  3. Grease a box mold with a little margarine or butter or line it with baking paper. Then you put in the dough, smooth it out and bake the banana bread without flour at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes in the oven.

Tips for your banana bread without flour

The recipe can be modified in many ways. If you like, mix something else Cinnamon, chopped walnuts, chocolate or blueberries under the dough. For example, you can replace the ground almonds with ground hazelnuts. The banana bread looks particularly decorative if you cut a banana in half lengthways and place the halves on top of the dough before baking.

In some recipes, it is recommended to sprinkle the banana bread with brown sugar or to sprinkle with some maple syrup after baking. For a chocolate banana bread, you can add 50 grams of cocoa powder to the batter. As you can see, there are no limits to your imagination and taste!
