Ralph Lauren and Co. bring the Baroque era back to life. Golden brocade fabrics, embroidery and ruffles are currently setting the tone.
You can’t get more baroque than that
The fashion house Ralph Lauren provides a prime example of the current baroque fashion trend. Coats and blazers the typical baroque brocade fabric can currently be seen on the designer’s catwalk.
On Instagram, a model presents a cream-colored, knee-length model with a typical stand-up collar. Underneath she wears a white blouse with ruffles – the feathers make the top modern, as do the tailored suit trousers with a statement belt in beige. XXL hanging earrings complete the stylish high fashion look.
Rely on individual Baroque it-pieces
Another very frequently seen it-piece is currently a dark long blazer with gold decorations on the sleeves. Since the motto is “more is more” when it comes to gold, the Ralph Lauren model also wears gold high-waist pants and a transparent glitter top – also in gold, of course.
