(CercleFinance.com) – BASF announces a tripartite partnership with a leading company in the field of natural cosmetics and Kaleka, an Indonesian non-profit organization, to support the sustainable management of palm oil production in Indonesia.
Over the next year and a half, the three partners aim to promote sustainable land use in Selunuk village, Central Kalimantan, and involve local authorities in active management of the project.
‘Project partners support the creation of policies and regulations to replicate and intensify regenerative agriculture and ensure decent wages through legal certification,’ BASF emphasizes.
