Its extended knowledge of these sectors, coupled with its vast know-how for the development of international companies, will be solid assets in driving the strategic development and internationalization of Bastide. Before joining the Bastide Group, Jean-Claude Brdenk, 54 years old, served for more than eleven years as Deputy Managing Director in charge of Operations within the ORPEA group, one of the main players in overall dependency burden. There, he was in charge of the operation of the group’s establishments in all the countries where it is established, in Europe as well as in China and Latin America. Between July 1997 and March 2010, Mr. Brdenk served in the same group as Chief Operating Officer. Through these two positions, he actively contributed to the international development of ORPEA and to the structuring of these activities and teams. Before these functions, Jean-Claude Brdenk spent 4 years at the IMR firm (Institute of Management Resources) where he was an organizational consultant. Until the end of 2021, he also held the position of vice-president of the National Union of Private Establishments & Residences and Home Assistance Services for the Elderly (Synerpa), the leading union of private retirement homes in France. Jean-Claude Brdenk is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG Paris).
