Honesty vs. manipulation
Krümel makes herself particularly unpopular with Johannes by reminding the others that none of this is a holiday camp, but a game that is about winning – and that she relies on honest and direct communication. Johannes pursues a different tactic. He prefers to try manipulation in one-on-one conversations – or sometimes with undisguised intimidation tactics like Kevin (28): "If you ever choose Melissa or Momo, I'll take it really badly. With that she and Willi are in the final – and the rest of the chess game starts in your head. Who will vote for whom, with whom will it be tight, which decision is tactically wise, which is humanly necessary?
While Johannes doesn't even shy away from sneaking into his former arch enemy Willi, Gut-Star Momo despairs of the dwindling humanity among the candidates: "For a few days now, people here no longer make decisions with their hearts, but tactically." And even Queen Georgina is now losing her nerve, she is crying on the way to the "moment of truth".
When the time has finally come, it becomes clear: whether directness, tactics or manipulation, actually no tactics work. First, Krümel and Johannes have to say goodbye.
