(Boursier.com) — beaconsmind AG announces that the publication of its annual financial report for the financial year 2021/2022 (from 07/01/2021 to 06/30/2022) will be further delayed. This situation is explained by the complexity of the transition from Swiss accounting standards to IFRS standards, “which involves significant additional work”. In this context, beaconsmind and the audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) “need more time than expected. beaconsmind and PwC are currently providing their best efforts to complete the audit process.”
The publication of the 2021/2022 annual financial report is scheduled for the end of February 2023.
