Now Beatrice Egli (35) has also been hit: The singer is “Do you understand fun?” fell into the trap. On March 30th from 8:15 p.m. on the first, viewers can see how Egli experiences a horror show…

“Do you understand fun?” converted an inconspicuous-looking property in a quiet residential area into a haunted house for the 35-year-old. Here the singer is supposed to go ghost hunting for her podcast “Egli Extrem” together with her talk guest, an alleged medium for supernatural phenomena. “Do you understand fun?” presenter Barbara Schöneberger (50) actually makes it seem haunting. “I haven’t really laughed until today because it wasn’t fun for me,” reveals Beatrice Egli in an interview with spot on news about her ghost experience.

You were interviewed on “Do you understand fun?” tricked – in a “haunted house”. For your podcast “Egli Extrem” you wanted to hunt for ghosts using an alleged medium for supernatural phenomena. Did you expect something “supernatural” to happen beforehand?

Beatrice Egli: With my podcast “Egli Extrem” I never know who I will meet or what extreme situation awaits me. Same in this case. And so I couldn’t prepare myself for anything, and especially not for supernatural spirits.

What went through your mind when you actually saw a ghost?

Egli: When I saw this ghost, I was just shocked and amazed. Thousands of thoughts ran through my head and a bit of fear rushed through my body.

What was the worst thing about the situation for you?

Egli: The worst thing about this situation was the topic of death and accompanying a person who has the feeling of seeing and feeling their deceased husband and not knowing how to deal with this situation. This topic of death and this supernatural thing, dealing with it was the most difficult for me. And these good tricks from “Do you understand fun?” really scared me.

Has it ever occurred to you that there must be a hidden camera somewhere?

Egli: Because it was for my podcast, which is always filmed, it was clear that there were cameras and that everything was recorded. However, the fact that this is “Do you understand fun?” could have something to do with it was never clear to me or occurred to me. I thought my team had come up with something really special, although for a moment I also thought, now my team is completely crazy.

How scary is Barbara Schöneberger as a ghost?

Egli: Actually, the spirit of Barbara was salvation after a long time. Of course I was frightened for a short time, but the whole situation was then resolved for me and with it this whole very suspicious and scary moment and evening in this house.

What was your first reaction when the spook was over? At what point were you able to laugh about the fact that you were unwillingly becoming the star of a horror film?

Egli: I was relieved and happy that it was over and it was all just fun. To this day I haven’t really laughed because it wasn’t fun for me. I think it’s funnier for people to see than to be in the situation.

These are the other stars of “Do you understand fun?”

In addition to Beatrice Egli, Thomas Gottschalk, Toni Polster, Sally Özcan, Stephanie Stumph, Thomas Heinze and Dominik Pöll can also be seen in the new “Do you understand fun?” issue on March 30th.
