(CercleFinance.com) – Beneteau publishes revenue of 317 ME for the 1st quarter of 2022, up 8.9% at constant exchange rate (cc) compared to the same period a year earlier.
Business was driven both by the Boat division (+5.3% at cc, to 238.5 ME) and by Housing (+21.4% at cc, to 78.5 ME).
Beneteau underlines that if the year 2022 is marked by ‘the quality of orders and the commercial success of products’, it is also that of tensions over supplies which are hampering growth.
In this context, the group maintains its 2022 outlook for sales and current operating income, i.e. expected sales growth of 11 to 14% in published data and expected trading profit between 110 and 120 ME.
