(CercleFinance.com) – Bic announces today the finalization of the acquisition of Inkbox, for an amount of 65 million USD (57 million euros). An additional price will also be paid. The amount will be determined based on Inkbox’s future revenue growth and profitability.
The company’s financial results will be consolidated from February 1, 2022.
In 2021, the company recorded a turnover of 27 million US dollars (24 million euros), of which 67% in North America, and generated a gross margin above 60%. Inkbox is expected to be EBITDA positive in 2024.
