Numerous US artists, including stars like Billie Eilish, are making a clear statement in the context of the upcoming presidential elections.
Many well-known artists will perform at the US Democrats' party conference from August 17th to August 20th – and thus express their support for Joe Biden (77) and Kamala Harris (55) in the presidential election campaign. Like the United States Democratic Party has now announced, Megastars like Billie Eilish (18, "Bad Guy") and John Legend (41) will be there.

Most recently, countless US celebrities – including Sharon Stone (62), Jennifer Garner (48) and Elizabeth Banks (46) – welcomed the decision of presidential candidate Joe Biden to appoint Kamala Harris as a vice-presidential candidate. Biden referred to the politician at his announcement as a "fearless fighter for the little man". Should Biden win the election against Donald Trump, 74, Harris would become the first female Vice President of the United States.
