(Boursier.com) – The BLEECKER Group announces rental income of 4,724 KE for the 1st quarter of the fiscal year starting on September 1, 2021, compared to 5,228 KE for the 1st quarter of the fiscal year starting on September 1, 2020.
At the date of publication of this press release and subject to the evolution of the health crisis, the group has not identified any significant impact of the health crisis on its business.
The measures put in place, their possible adjustments as well as the positioning and the strategy of the group are major assets in order to face this situation. It is nevertheless specified that the Bleeker group cannot to date completely exclude any significant impact given the changing nature of the health situation.
Outlook
BLEECKER is pursuing its policy of investing in Parisian office buildings as well as recent business parks and premises in Ile de France. BLEECKER remains attentive to the opportunities offered by the market concerning very good quality secure assets, recent business premises, strategically located and exhibiting synergy with the assets already acquired by the Group; as well as those presenting a strong creation of value.
BLEECKER is also pursuing its strategy of revaluing its assets in heritage by:
carrying out repositioning work programs,
the restructuring / rehabilitation of assets, such as that of the Boulevard de Grenelle in Paris 15th district developing a total surface area after works of 13,376 m (2),
the development of the BREEAM-IN-USE environmental certification for its most significant assets.
BLEECKER is also continuing to optimize its debt by seizing bank financing opportunities for its new acquisitions, but also for the refinancing of existing debt.
BLEECKER also remains likely to pursue its arbitrage of mature or non-strategic assets, in order to invest in new real estate projects offering attractive profitability and / or having a potential for revaluation in the medium or long term.
BLEECKER remains confident in pursuing its strategy, thanks in particular to its positioning, which is a major asset. Given the economic context generated by the health crisis, BLEECKER nevertheless reserves the right to study other investment theses.
