When the heat and sun spread that wonderful summer feeling outside, a delicious frozen yogurt is a healthy alternative to popsicles. Luckily, you can easily make this refreshment yourself!
How to make blueberry yogurt popsicles
You need:
- 500g Greek yoghurt
- 250g frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 8 frozen ice molds
- Popsicle sticks
Step by step to sweet pleasure
- Process the blueberries in the food processor to a fine puree
- Mix yoghurt with honey
- Fill ice cream molds alternately with yoghurt and blueberry puree to create a pattern
- Place the filled molds in the freezer for an hour
- Take out the ice, insert a wooden stick into each mold and place back in the freezer
- Freeze ice cream for several hours until firm.
