(Boursier.com) — Boa-Concept achieved, in 2021, a turnover of 14.8 million euros, a strong increase compared to 2020, exceeding the expectations of the company which announced a turnover target for 2021 of 12 million euros when published of its half-year results.

The significant upturn in activity combined with controlled growth management was accompanied by a sharp rise in EBITDA, which stood at 17% (9% a year earlier). The operating result virtuously accompanies this increase to 1.9 ME.

It makes it possible to achieve a net result of 2 ME, or 13.2% of turnover.

The financial structure, reinforced by the IPO and by a self-financing capacity of 2.5 ME, is healthy and solid. Equity amounted to 5.9 ME, for a debt of 2.9 ME. At the closing date, net cash amounted to €6.2 million.

Outlook

With 2 years ahead of its initial roadmap, Boa Concept can consider continuing its growth trajectory and increasing its market share through its internal development capabilities and through external growth operations.

However, the company remains vigilant on the impact of the war in Ukraine concerning the lengthening of supply times, the increase in the costs of raw materials and components, which could slow down its growth ambitions.
