Bolloré SE: shareholders at the checkout around March 11!

(Boursier.com) — As part of the simplified public purchase offer initiated by Bolloré SE on its own shares – offer closed on May 30, 2023 – a price supplement system has been put in place to the tune of 0.25 euros per Bolloré SE share sold. Its payment was subject to the completion of the sale of Bolloré Logistics by Bolloré SE before December 31, 2024.

This transfer having taken place on February 29, 2024, the additional price will be paid from Monday March 11 to its beneficiaries.

As centralizing agent for the purposes of payment of the price supplement, Uptevia will pay the latter to the intermediaries holding the accounts of the beneficiaries of price supplement rights. Where applicable, unallocated funds will be kept for 10 years by the centralizer or by the account-keeping depository concerned, as the case may be, then paid to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations which will keep them for a period of 20 years. These funds will not bear interest.
