Bonnie Strange doesn’t follow trends. “I’m not at all based on what is ‘in’ or not at the moment,” she reveals in an interview.
“To be honest, I never know what’s trending right now,” surprised actress and model Bonnie Strange (34) in an interview. The 34-year-old was just in front of the camera for the new Lascana summer campaign “Your World. Your Rules. Your Style”. This is your favorite must-have in the hot summer months.
You like to cause a stir with your styles. Which fashion trends do you currently prefer to wear?
Bonnie Strange: I honestly never know what’s trending right now. What I think is mega cool is that there is now everything you want. No matter how you want to style yourself, you get it. You can even create trends yourself if you want. How cool is that
You stood in front of the camera for the Lascana summer campaign “Your World. Your Rules. Your Style”. When did you discover your current fashion style for yourself?
Strange: What I’m wearing now is actually the same as it was before. I always liked styles from different decades and inspired by different kinds of music. Whether pop, rock, punk or something – I’ve always learned a lot from singers and artists.
What advice do you have for women who struggle with fashion issues and have not yet found their own style?
Strange: The best thing is to just look at lots and lots of pictures. No matter whether from celebrities or musicians you like – such personalities inspire immensely. You can also buy something and try it out.
Which trends are particularly popular this summer?
Strange: For me there are no real trends. I do not orient myself at all by what is currently ‘in’ or not, I always decide for myself.
What is your absolute must-have in summer?
Strange: Finding a bikini that you feel good in. Every woman should have at least one bikini that she feels really good and sexy in!
