(Boursier.com) — In a press release dated June 6, the company Bourrelier Group informed the market of the postponement to June 23 of the publication of its annual financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2022.
This lag is due in particular to the time required to integrate the accounts of companies acquired by the group into its consolidated accounts.
Given this lag, the company was unable to provide the statutory auditors with the annual accounts, the management report as well as the consolidated accounts and the group management report at least one month before the convening of the general meeting as provided for by the commercial code.
The auditors issued a deficiency report dated June 12.
The documents presented to the general meeting of the group scheduled for June 27, 2023, including the general report of the auditors once finalized, will be published as soon as possible before this general meeting.
