Bouygues: LaSalle selects the group for the restructuring of the Bergère block


(Boursier.com) — LaSalle Investment Management, one of the world leaders in real estate investment, has just appointed Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France Renovation Privée as General Contractor for the restructuring of the Bergère building, its emblematic Parisian office project.

In the 9th arrondissement, Bergère benefits from a privileged location in the heart of Paris, in an environment highly appreciated by professionals in the technology, fashion, finance and service industries. The district is also distinguished by its dynamism and a rich offer of restaurants, bars, boutiques, department stores as well as multiple cultural and leisure destinations. Just 150 meters from the Grands Boulevards metro station, Bergère benefits from excellent connection to transport networks and direct access to three of the largest Parisian collective travel hubs: Gare du Nord, Saint-Lazare and Châtelet- Halls. Redesigned by the architectural firm PCA-Stream, the building will offer, upon completion of the work, a rental area of ​​approximately 26,500 m2.

First quarter 2026

The restructuring of Bergère, whose completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026, will be carried out by adopting the sector’s best practices in terms of sustainable development. This involves a significant restoration of the architectural heritage of the building, while providing it with technical performance to achieve Net Zero Carbon objectives. The project also favors the reuse of materials to minimize the associated embodied carbon. The objective is to obtain BREEAM certification at Excellent level, with a reduction of 50% in operating CO2 emissions and 20% in incorporated CO2 compared to the benchmark for Parisian office renovations.
