The wife of the President of the Republic Brigitte Macron is in Angoulême on the occasion of the 15th edition of the Francophone Film Festival.

She will then attend the screening of the film “Dalva”, which will be preceded by the short film “1432” by Alix Poisson.

A debate after a screening

Emmanuelle Nicot’s first film, “Dalva” paints the portrait of a 12-year-old girl who dresses, wears makeup and lives like a woman. One evening, she is suddenly taken from her father’s home. At first revolted and in total incomprehension, she will meet Jayden, an educator, and Samia, a teenager with a strong character. A new life then seems to be offered to Dalva, that of a young girl of her age… In the distribution, we find Zelda Samson, Alexis Manenti, Fanta Guirassy, ​​Marie Denarnaud and Roman Coustère Hachez. After the screening, Brigitte Macron, accompanied by Charlotte Caubel, Secretary of State for Children; will take part in a debate with the public.
