Britney Spears: Your younger sister is the manager of her property

In the event of Britney Spears' death, her sister Jamie Lynn is said to be concerned about the financial security of the pop singer's children.

If Britney Spears (38, "Toxic") dies unexpectedly, their children Sean (14) and Jayden (13) are at least financially provided for. As reported in the US media, Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn (29) was legally employed as an asset manager in 2018.

Jamie Lynn Spears should ensure that her sister's fortune flows into a fund in the event of death, from which the children should benefit. That was approved by Britney Spears' father Jamie (68) and the lawyer Andrew Wallet. Both the US portal "ET Online" and "The Blast" should now have appropriate court documents. The fund is said to have been set up as early as 2004.

Father Jamie remains her guardian

A few days ago it became known that Britney's father will take over the guardianship of his daughter again until at least the beginning of February 2021. Spears wanted to take legal action against it. After an emotional breakdown, Spears has ceased to be in control of her own affairs since 2008. Wallet and her father initially took on the task, but gave up the guardianship, which was later taken over by Jodi Montgomery, a long-time employee of the singer, in 2019.
