If Britney Spears (38, "Toxic") dies unexpectedly, their children Sean (14) and Jayden (13) are at least financially provided for. As reported in the US media, Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn (29) was legally employed as an asset manager in 2018.
Jamie Lynn Spears should ensure that her sister's fortune flows into a fund in the event of death, from which the children should benefit. That was approved by Britney Spears' father Jamie (68) and the lawyer Andrew Wallet. Both the US portal "ET Online" and "The Blast" should now have appropriate court documents. The fund is said to have been set up as early as 2004.
