* TOTALENERGIES – Jefferies raises its recommendation to “buy” against “hold” and its price target at 71 euros against 60 euros.

* VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT – Citigroup begins monitoring the value with a “neutral” recommendation and a target price of 21 euros.

* NEOEN – Citigroup lowers its recommendation to “sell” against “neutral” and raises its target price to 37 euros against 36 euros.

* ALSTOM – Deutsche Bank lowers its price target to 32 euros against 37 euros.
