Sporty driving over hill and dale or extended tours with two or three overnight stays: This Bulls innovation for 2024 is intended to master both disciplines. The gravel bike is equipped with the extremely inconspicuous R600 rear drive from Bafang and an equally inconspicuous battery in the down tube – even at second glance, the Evo almost passes for a normal bike.

Purely intentional, because in contrast to some other new e-bikes, Bulls, like its competitor Cube, focuses on gentle support. With a torque of 30 Newton meters, the Bafang drive won’t tear up any trees, but it will give you enough thrust to climb the next mountain.
To ensure that this remains manageable for your leg muscles, there is an 11-speed derailleur gear from Shimano (GRX). The battery with a capacity of 520 watt hours should be sufficient for a typical range of 80 kilometers – but Bulls does not provide any specific information on this.
Interestingly, this also applies to weight. These are only available for the permissible total weight. It is 135 kilograms. The Bulls Grinder EVO is definitely one of the lightweights, but the manufacturer is still holding back specific information. The frame is made of aluminum, the fork is made of carbon. Braking is standard for this class with the help of hydraulic disc brakes.

The manufacturer has announced the Bulls Grinder Evo electric gravel bike for the 2024 season, but there is no exact availability date. There is further technical data on the manufacturer’s website and the option to be notified as soon as it is available. The price is stated as 3,599 euros.
