In recent months, it’s been more or less confirmed that Bully 2 was, at some point, in development, but Rockstar moved away from it, to focus on other projects, including Red Dead Redemption 2. However, since some time, it is rumored that Rockstar could have looked again at the license, which had, at the time, attracted a large number of players.
Very recently, the starry studio formalized the fact of working on the next installment in the series, whether it bears the name of GTA VI or not. But this could not be the only project in the cards, since Tom Henderson, very often well informed behind the scenes of video games, explains that ” something is up with the Bully series “. Rockstar still hasn’t mentioned the license, but so it could be that something will be announced in the next few months.
Sorry – Where did todays announcement say that it’s Rockstar’s next focus point? They said GTA 6 is in development.
I still stand by that there’s something going on with the Bully series.

Since Rockstar hasn’t given us much in the past few years, other than updates for GTA V Online modes and Red Dead Redemption 2, it’s entirely possible that the studio is working on two or more projects. Bully 2, or anything else related to the license (remake of Bully?), can therefore be part of the things under development. If so, we should have an answer by the end of 2022.
