Nvidia announced the RTX 4070 Ti during CES 2023 and now you can already buy the new mid-range graphics card.
The third Ada Love Lace card is said to be faster than the RTX 3090 Ti, the top model of the previous graphics card generation.
RTX 4070 Ti
This is how Nvidia presented the upcoming RTX 4070 Ti.
The RTX 4070 Ti has 7,680 shaders, a boost clock of 2.61 gigahertz with 12 gigabytes of GDDR6X memory. What is new, however, is that the 4070 Ti requires up to 285 watts, while the RTX 4080 12 GB was specified with 320 watts.
Nvidia plans a price of 899 euros. The originally planned RTX 4080 12 GB, which should now be the RTX 4070 Ti after a renaming, should cost over 1,000 euros. However, it is only a recommended price. Actual costs may vary by retailer and manufacturer.

Whether the performance of the RTX 4070 Ti is actually above the RTX 3090 Ti remains to be seen. Nvidia at least states that both 4K at 240 Hertz and 8K at 60 Hertz should be possible and of course the graphics card also has ray tracing and DLSS3.
