This Monday, August 29, C à vous is back on France 5. For the occasion, Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine welcomes new recruits to the show. Among them, Zoé Bruneau, a young actress still little known to the general public, but whose parents are famous comedians.
France 5 is betting on novelties. This Monday, August 29, the talk shows are making their television comeback. Viewers will thus find Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine and the entire team of It’s up to you from 7 p.m. And for the occasion, a new daily pastille of 2 minutes 30, baptized I was at this, will make its appearance. Each episode will tell thes misadventures of a 39 year old young mom, determined to succeed in life. And to embody this new pastille, the show’s producers bet on Zoe Bruneauan actress still unknown, but perhaps not for long.
“I’ve been an actress for about twenty years and yet you don’t know me very well”, she also had fun in an interview with our colleagues from Parisian. However, Zoé Bruneau comes from a large family of artists. Born in 1981, she is indeed the comedians daughter Philippe Bruneau and Claire Nadeau, but also the granddaughter of publisher Maurice Nadeau. His father, who died in 2012 at the age of 72, was also a screenwriter. He has in particular co-signed the script for Hervé Palud’s film, An Indian in the city, with Thierry Lhermitte and released in 1994. On television, he also participated in some emblematic shows of the 80s such as Co-Co-Boy and Cocococoboy.
Zoé Bruneau played alongside Ben Affleck and Matt Damon
For her part, the mother of Zoé Bruneau, Claire Nadeau, is a much better known face to viewers. In the 2010s, she starred in several successful films, including the saga of Tuche in which she embodies Grandma Suse, the crazy grandmother of the family, but also in The Big Bath in 2018, where she plays the role of the mother of the character played by Guillaume Canet.
Regarding Zoé Bruneau, she has mainly led a career in theater and television. In 2014, she got her first role on the big screen, in the movie Farewell to language by Jean-Luc Godard. Between 2018 and 2020, she also made a few appearances in the series Profiling and Ten percent. In 2021, she landed a role in Ridley Scott’s film, The Last Duelalongside in particular Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. Lately, we have also been able to see her in the film Passengers of the night, released in 2022 at the cinema. There is no doubt that Zoé Bruneau will succeed in taking up the new challenge that awaits her in It’s up to you.
