Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone Pacific Season 2 Postponed

While Microsoft dropped a bombshell with the Activision-Blizzard-King takeover, we still don’t know what will happen to the license call of duty in this story, even if it would seem that the American firm would not seek to deprive Activision games of an exit on a PlayStation console. In any case, currently the franchise is doing wonderfully commercially speaking, but it’s another gameplay story that suffers from poor management, and that’s what pushed the studio to delay the launch of the season 2 of Vanguard and Warzone Pacific.

A season 2 postponed due to poor optimization

Season 2 was about to launch on February 2, but in the end the launch will take place on February 14, 2022. In question, the studio revealed on their blog the wish to take advantage of this period of time to continue to bring updates to call of duty vanguard and Warzone Pacific, with the aim of improving gameplay optimization, balancing and numerous bugs.

We will use this additional development time to provide updates including gameplay optimizations, game balancing (including weapon and equipment balancing), game stability fixes and bug fixes.

Thus, it is hoped that the teams will be able to correct the majority of the problems without necessarily creating others. In addition, the studio announces that further communications will be made in the future about the status of the next updates of call of duty.
