Margaux Capelli already has a good knowledge of the company since she has successfully completed several missions entrusted to her by the Group. The objective of this new function is to acquire mastery of all operational aspects of the company, identify opportunities for optimization and improvement and become a source of proposals.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a degree in gemology, Margaux Capelli has solid theoretical foundations. His position will allow him to deepen his knowledge and acquire concrete sectoral expertise alongside the Group’s teams and management.
At the end of this observation period, Margaux Capelli will strengthen the Group’s management teams to support them in the implementation of medium and long-term strategic objectives.
This appointment represents an important step in the history of the CAPELLI Group and marks the CAPELLI family’s desire to pass on the company in the continuity of the family and human values that have shaped the company over the years.
