Two months after the death of Corona hero Captain Sir Tom Moore, his book with anecdotes from his eventful life was published.
Corona hero Captain Sir Tom Moore, who died exactly two months ago at the stately age of 100, leaves his fans with his own book. This Friday his work entitled “Life Lessons” was published in the UK. It contains numerous anecdotes and wisdom from the eventful life of the WWII veteran. The book is not yet available in German.
Captain Tom died on February 2, 2021 after a corona infection. He previously achieved international fame after turning 100 laps through his backyard with his rollator and collecting almost 40 million euros in donations to combat corona. The money then went to the National Health Service NHS. Queen Elizabeth II (94) then even knighted him.
