Actress and model Cara Delevingne has a "Solemate" tattoo on her foot. Another model is wearing the matching counterpart.
On August 12th, model and actress Cara Delevingne ("Carnival Row") celebrated her 28th birthday. She then received a very special photo greeting from her "soul mate" via Instagram. In one story, the model Kaia Gerber (18), the daughter of Cindy Crawford (54), showed a picture of two women's feet with the word "Solemate" tattooed on each. Literally translated there is "sole relatives", which is, however, a play on words for "soulmate" (Eng. "Soul relatives"). One foot seems to belong to Gerber and the other to Delevingne.
Best comrade
Gerber shared other intimate moments with Delevingne. A short clip showed the two models dancing, for example. Another photo was apparently taken at a demonstration. The two can be seen closely embraced, Gerber commented: "The best protest comrade".
The relationship between the two women is probably purely friendly. Delevingne is said to be dating actress Andie MacDowell's (62) daughter Margaret Qualley, 25. A few days ago, she posted several pictures with Qualley on Instagram and wrote: "I'm not cute, it's Margaret." Gerber commented, "I am lucky to know you both."
