The joint venture SNC Altacar Sartrouville will own and operate a shopping center called ‘Robert Schuman’ located in Sartrouville.
The joint venture SNC Altacar Nantes will own and operate a shopping center called ‘La Beaujoire’ located in Nantes.
The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given its very limited impact on the structure of the market.
