(CercleFinance.com) – The Group proceeded today (i) to the cancellation of a nominal amount of 20,500,000 euros of the 2023 issue and (ii) to the cancellation of a nominal amount of 15,930,000 euros of the Quatrim 2024 covered bond. These cancellations were made following redemptions on the market.
The total nominal amount of the 2023 issue was thus reduced to €199,000,000 and the total nominal amount of the Quatrim 2024 covered bond was thus reduced to €750,000,000.
As of July 11, 2022, the balance of the senior secure escrow account stood at €95.4 million.
