Casino extends its partnership with Gorillas to the company Frichti


PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–Casino announced Thursday the extension of its partnership with the German company Gorillas in order to allow the access of the delivery company of races and meals Frichti to the products of the large distribution group, in particular of Monoprix brand.

“The conclusion of this strategic partnership must take place before the end of the first half of 2022,” Casino said in a press release.

“Through this partnership, which follows the acquisition of the French brand Frichti by Gorillas, the Casino group wishes to strengthen the links between the French leader in ‘Quick Commerce’ and Monoprix, leader in home delivery in city centers. “Casino said. Casino and Gorillas had set up a strategic partnership in December 2021 in order to accelerate the development of the Franprix and Monoprix brands in the rapid grocery delivery market.
