Cathy Hummels shared a selfie of herself with actor George Clooney. On Instagram she reveals what’s behind it.
Presenter and influencer Cathy Hummels (34) met Hollywood star George Clooney (61) at a watch event in Switzerland. “May I introduce. This is George. My new friend,” wrote the 34-year-old for a selfie that she published on her Instagram account on Saturday.
Shared selfie with Hollywood star
In the Instagram photo the actor and Hummels can be seen looking at the camera together. Another picture shows the two smiling and standing close together – Clooney holding a glass of red wine. Also in theirs Stories the influencer shares further impressions of the evening with the Hollywood star.
Clooney ‘doesn’t know how lucky he is’
But Hummels quickly explains how the photo came about: “He doesn’t know anything about his luck yet” and adds with a heart: “It was a pleasure to meet you Mr. Clooney” (in German: “It was me a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Clooney”).
At the same time, the presenter thanks the Swiss watch manufacturer “Omega” for the “wonderful weekend”. This addition makes it clear: Clooney and Hummels met at a PR event. The watch manufacturer itself also shared short ones on its Instagram channel Video sequences of the event in the popular Swiss ski area of Crans-Montana. It shows Clooney, the “Omega” brand ambassador, playing golf.
