Cathy Hummels, 33, keeps talking about her weight on Instagram. The presenter admitted to suffering from an eating disorder during her youth and also tells of depression and self-doubt in her book. That's why her latest post is all the more gratifying: "Happiness is my filter", she writes about a photo that shows her only sitting on a wall in a red swimsuit and red and white knee socks. "Oh yes plus joie de vivre measured in 5 kg plus & therefore more wrinkles on the stomach."

She proudly shows this in an Insta story. The mother of three-year-old Ludwig films her stomach and the small skin rolls that form while sitting: "Exactly, that's skin. And I'm very proud of it because Ludwig was once there. No body shaming." She is aware that the wife of soccer player Mats Hummels is still very slim. "When I stand, it's actually pretty good," she adds.

Most of her followers also think that Cathy can see the joy of life. The post received praise and compliments, the fans think that Cathy shouldn't worry about the few wrinkles.
