The Bleiburg fire department had to move out on Thursday night to a vehicle fire. Two vehicles were badly affected.
The city fire brigade was called to work in Bleiburg on Thursday night at 0.35. There were already two vehicles parked next to each other in full fire; another was badly damaged.
Rapid intervention
The fire could be quickly brought under control thanks to the rapid intervention using high-pressure and C-pipes as well as extinguishing foam. This prevented the fire from spreading to other vehicles and the adjoining apartment building.
The Bleiburg city fire brigade was deployed with five vehicles and 17 men.
