This Tuesday, January 11, the Toulouse Court of Appeal examined Cédric Jubillar’s third release request. A request filed by his lawyers on January 4. However, according to information disclosed by The Dispatch, Justice has not yet leaned in favor of the 34-year-old plasterer – accused of the murder of his wife, Delphine Jubillar – since the prosecutor has indicated that he wants to keep the father of the family in detention.
Faced with the various charges weighing on the case, the request was put under advisement until January 14th, date on which the investigative chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal will render his verdict. Incarcerated in the Seysses remand center, located in Haute Garonne, Cédric Jubillar continues to proclaim his innocence. An incriminating testimony
