Celebrity Big Brother 2020: Ramin Abtin is allowed to pack his jute bag

Ramin Abtin was heard by the audience. He is allowed to leave the "Celebrity Big Brother" fairyland on day 19 – and back to his dogs.

For several days, Ramin Abtin (48) had been hoping for enough calls from the "Celebrity Big Brother" viewers. On Tuesday evening the time had come: The "The Biggest Loser" coach was allowed to pack his jute bag and leave the wonderland. Even though it had just thawed out.

Athlete was bullied as a child

If the 48-year-old was otherwise rather reserved, he opened his heart to fellow campaigner Katy Bähm (27) at the campfire. "I was bullied as a child," he began to tell from his childhood. "I was very thin, had a foreign name, my father was from Iran." At school he was "pissed off" every day. Even the teachers had been stupid to him and had "pushed" him. "You don't forget such things," said Abbot. Listener Bähm was touched by so much honesty and suffering. You can now understand "The Biggest Loser" coach better – but by then it was too late.

Because Abtin was part of the losing team in the daily duel in the arena, he was put on the exit list by his teammates, above all Kathy Kelly (57). Emmy Russ (21) and Simone Mecky-Ballack (44) joined them with four and three nominations, but were allowed to stay in the end. And Ramin Abtin finally home to his dogs.
