The batch of JBL products from CES continues, and this time it’s the True Wireless headphones
that are emerging.

There are three new mid-range products, including two updates to existing models.

JBL Live Pro 2: rod format for a great microphone experience

Already ambitious headphones from the JBL catalog, the Live Pro + welcome here their successors, the Live Pro 2. The changes are
rather weak, but still present.

The design retains this completely classic approach, like Airpods or Airpods Pro, that is to say with a rod, here slightly angular. The brand is improving water resistance, which goes from an IPX4 certification to IPX5 (withstands a small trickle of water). Endurance has also been improved to 10 hours on a single charge and 40 hours with the case, compared to 7 and 28 hours respectively.

For the rest, the headphones retain an 11mm transducer and still incorporate an adaptive active noise reduction system. Above all, no less than 3 microphones per side are used.

Headphones retain touch controls as well as pairing
Google Fast Pair. The JBL Live Pro 2 will be available in the spring for 149 euros.

JBL Live Free 2: the fake sequel

False evolution of the JBL Live Free NC +, the Live Free 2 deviates widely from the very rounded design of their predecessors. Here, the form tends
more towards that of beans and matures noticeably. The product therefore relies on compactness and comfort. If they integrate the same functions as the Live Pro 2, the different form may affect the quality in call.

The Live Free 2 are also IPX5 certified, incorporate 10mm transducers, and of course, active noise reduction. Again, 3 microphones per side are used for all modes (ANC
and hands-free). Autonomy is 7 hours on a single charge (probably without ANC), and up to 35 hours with the case.

Very similar in their possibilities, these two headphones are also close to the price. Thus, the JBL Live Free 2 are announced at 149 euros and also for the spring.

JBL Reflect Aero: the immersion lover

Little brothers of the Reflect Flow Pro, the Reflect Aero stand out as sporty headphones that are perfectly weather resistant. In this way, they are IP68 certified, the maximum on the market today.

If the first two products presented stand out for their compactness, this is not the case here, since the product is more spherical, and its charging box definitely does not fit in all pockets. The presence strap is still a plus. Another advantage is the use of fins on the headphones, which allows a better hold in sports use.

Despite this adventurous side, the Reflect Aero also incorporate active noise reduction, carried by 6 microphones in total. The part
sound is based on dynamic transducers of 6.8 mm. Finally, autonomy is announced at 8 hours with a single charge and up to 24 hours with the charging box.

Like their colleagues, the JBL Reflect Aero are announced for spring, at a price of 149 euros.
