In case you still don’t know, it’s CES 2023 week. Hundreds of companies are heading to Sin City to make announcements, and we’re on the ground covering some of the most important announcements from this event.
Day one of CES saw a series of announcements from big companies like Nvidia, Acer, Samsung and Intel, and day two featured new innovations from MSI, Withings, Roku, AMD and HP. And the third day is marked by announcements from companies that we were looking forward to.
Lenovo unveils two-in-one OLED laptop

Lenovo is entering the tablet market, it has announced its new ThinkBook Plus Twist, and the Lenovo YogaBook 9i promises to revolutionize the form factor. It is an OLED dual screen laptop. For added versatility, the displays can be configured in either landscape or portrait mode.

Ring adds new car cameras

Ring showcased two major innovations at CES 2023 this year. The Ring Peephole Cam for the front door so users can check who’s outside, and the Ring Car Cam. It is not only a camera, it can also detect break-ins in the vehicle.
You can now make WhatsApp calls with Android Auto

An essential element in cars connected by Google, Android Auto will experience a major innovation with the possibility of making WhatsApp calls in your car for Samsung and Google smartphones. Also new are a searchable progress bar, and “smart” suggestions.

Peugeot’s futuristic Inception Concept prototype

Peugeot has unveiled its next generation of electric vehicle, the Inception Concept. This car is a complete departure from cars as we know them today and completely dispenses with a steering wheel. Read the announcement here.
In addition, Carlos Tavares, CEO of the manufacturer Stellantis, announced the launch of the Ram 1500 Revolution, an all-electric truck. It is due to hit the market in 2024.
