CGG sells storage assets and services related to the Smart Data Solutions business

PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones) – The oil services group CGG announced on Tuesday that it had concluded the sale of the physical storage assets and services associated with its Smart Data Solutions activity to Oasis Group and Access. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The transaction includes seven dedicated storage and service sites that hold data and samples of rocks and fluids from certain customers,” CGG said in a statement.

“Access has acquired the three North American sites and Oasis the four European sites. Access and Oasis, which have worked together for a long time, will continue to provide services to international customers on a global scale,” said CGG.
