The American brand DeLorean Motor Company has announced the exact date when their brand new car model 100% electric will be officially presented in its entirety: see you next August 18 at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Élégance in California.
The manufacturer took advantage of this announcement to reveal a first partial photo of this new vehicle which is presented as a concept. We can’t wait to see more.

Who does not know the incredible trajectory of the famous DeLorean? A daringly designed car from the early 1980s, the DeLorean gained its acclaim by appearing in the film trilogy Back to the future, which almost instantly transformed it into a true pop culture object. Last February we officially learned that the brand was working on a brand new fully electric model.
The concept and its official name will be presented to the world during the Pebble Beach Concours d’Élégance on Thursday August 18th. This was announced by the brand, which has joined forces with Italdesign for the occasion, with whom it has been able to work in the past. A very enigmatic first image of the car only showed us the return of the famous butterfly doors, but this time we have the opportunity to see a little more with a new photo published on the brand’s Twitter account. .
You can see much finer and more rounded lines than its iconic big sister, as well as special work done on the rear headlights. For the rest, we will have to wait until August and we have rarely been so eager to be already in the future.
