Chryssanthi Kavazi: Actress celebrates "GZSZ" comeback after corona infection

Chryssanthi Kavazi is back at "GZSZ". What has she experienced in the past few months? The birth of your child and a corona infection.

Last fall, actress Chryssanthi Kavazi (31) took her baby break. Now she is returning to the RTL series "Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten" in her role as Laura Lehmann. "My baby break was very nice", reports the wife of actor and "The Masked Singer" winner Tom Beck (42) before her TV comeback of the "Bild" newspaper. After she and her husband got over the coronavirus infection, they could have enjoyed their time as a small family.

Corona symptoms were "really bad"

The former "Alarm for Cobra 11" star Beck brought the virus home "from The Masked Singer" at the beginning of April, "says Kavazi. She too had to struggle with the symptoms for two weeks, which were even worse for her, "because I was already affected". Although the 31-year-old had no fever, she had joint pain and headache. "And then I got bad breathing difficulties. I was already exhausted if I only went from bed to the bathroom."

Later she also had to struggle with loss of smell and taste. "It was really bad. It took a really long time to get rid of it," says Kavazi, who even felt the extent of it after the corona infection. She speaks of "really bad hair loss".

With baby to the "GZSZ" set

Despite all the suffering, Kavazi also seems to be able to get something good from the pandemic: "Ultimately, the Corona period was rather good for us as a family because we had so much time together." She enjoyed the fact that "everything was a bit slowed down". Now the actress wants to give full throttle again professionally – provided, as she herself says: "That I can take the little one to the set." This gives her the feeling that she can always be with him. The boy, who was born on November 9, 2019, also loves being on the set. "Everyone is so sweet to him. He's part of the team now," says Kavazi.
